Com traduïm difusió i implantació?

O sigui que ho he demanat a l'Helena Ní Ghearáin, una col·lega irlandesa que treballa a l'IRCHSS - Goverment of Ireland, Scholar Centre for Applied Language Studies, Department of Languages and Cultural Studies a la University of Limerick.

"Firstly, the 'diffusion' question is easiest to answer. I think the term 'dissemination' is much more appropriate as it implies a deliberate effort on the behalf of somebody or organisation to make target users aware of terms. So for example, I would see 'dissemination' as a step in the terminology planning process and would criticise the lack of 'dissemination' carried out in the Irish case. The media would be a means of 'dissemination'. 'Diffusion' in my opinion implies a more natural process; many things in society are 'diffused', ideas or trends for example. It is still suitable, but I think 'dissemination' is more appropriate. ('Spread' would also have this natural, non-directive connotation and would not be suitable for this reason in my opinion.). (...) A search of my notes showed that 'dissemination' is used in

So, I would definitely advise you to use 'dissemination' and 'disseminate' in the context of official terminology planning. "
